The Chickasaw Cultural Center is excited to host a special winter dinner and movie night. Following a gourmet dinner, guests will enjoy the film Blue Hawaii.

- Hawaiian sushi: a simple sushi roll with spam, carrots, cucumber, nori and rice

- Sticky Hawaiian ribs with pinapple glaze


- Green papaya salad served with jicama, carrots and herbs topped with a fresh vinaigrette

Entree Option 1:

- Kalua pork kabobs (slow cooked smoky pork) served with sauteed greens (kale, cabbage, broccoli) and roasted sweet potatoes

Entree Option 2:

- Steamed Mahi Mahi wrapped in banana leaf served with purple potatoes and sauteed greens

Entree Options 3:

- Charred 'Ono skewers (purple potato zucchinim tomatoes, mushrooms), roasted sweet potatoes and sauteed greens

Dessert Option 1:

- Malasada Lau donuts filled with tropical cream

Dessert Option 2:

- Guava cheesecake
