Eagle Watch

Join us for the Eagle Watch on Saturday, Jan. 25! This special event is a collaboration between the National Park Service and the Chickasaw Cultural Center to highlight this magnificent bird and pay tribute to a U.S. National symbol.

The tour begins at 9 a.m. at the Travertine Nature Center in the Chickasaw National Recreation Area. Following the tour, join us at the Chickasaw Cultural Center for a 1 p.m. screening of the documentary American Eagle and some make-and-take activities for the children.

Make-and-take activities include:
- Bird feeders
- Corn husk flowers
- Paper eagle puppets

The Chickasaw Cultural Center campus opens at 10 a.m. The Eagle Watch begins at the Chickasaw National Recreation Area at 9 a.m.
