This talk presents results of a state-of-the-art documentation project carried out for the Chickasaw Nation at Chola Aayokachi’ (fox trap) in northwest Alabama.  This precontact-era rock art site contains numerous black pictograph paintings on limestone walls inside a small rockshelter.
