Drinks and cookies can be purchased in the Cafe until 4:00 every day.

Some of the menu items are cooked with homegrown vegetables, herbs and fruits from the Center’s gardens. The menu features appetizers, entrees, salads, sandwiches, soups, lunch specials, children’s meals and desserts.

Traditional Chickasaw fare served at the Aaimpa' Café includes grape dumplings, Indian fry bread and pishofa.
