After WWII, two former soldiers make it big on Broadway as a song and dance duo. The performers eventually become a production team and settle down in Florida. They are asked by an old friend to audition an act, and are immediately smitten with the pair of sisters. The producers follow the sisters’ act to a Vermont inn where the sisters are booked to perform for the winter season. The inn, which they come to learn is owned by their former commanding officer, is in jeopardy of closing due to a lack of snow and guests. Comical chaos and miscommunication ensues as the two devise a plan to help save the inn and hope for a white Christmas.

Starring: Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye, Rosemary Clooney
