The Chickasaw Cultural Center offers a lecture series focused on Chickasaw history, language and culture. This month’s lecture “The Importance of Monarch Butterflies” is presented by Chickasaw Nation Horticulture Director, Thalia Miller. The lecture will be followed by the film Flight of the Butterflies. The lecture will be held on Sept. 14 at 1 p.m. in the Anoli' Theater. The Chickasaw Lecture Series is free and open to the public.
